Talent Profiles & Physical Specifications: Professional name, public vanity handle, height, measurements, eye/hair color, shoe/clothing sizes, nationality, ethnicity, bio, and service rates.
Portfolio Photography & Video Reels: High-resolution editorial photographs, portfolio showreels, YouTube/Vimeo links, and social channel handles.
Casting Deck Client Interactions: Feedback selections (shortlisted talent, review statuses) and client notes recorded during casting review sessions.
3. Privacy-Preserving Native Analytics
Kompkard provides built-in, privacy-first portfolio analytics. To measure visitor volume, casting engagement, and campaign traffic without invading individual privacy:
- No Raw IP Storage: Visitor IP addresses are immediately hashed using a daily rotated cryptographic salt:
sha256(IP + Date + Salt). Raw IP addresses are discarded immediately and never persisted to database storage. - No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not deploy third-party advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or commercial fingerprinting scripts.
- Conversion Beacons: Event logging records aggregate actions (PDF downloads, reel plays, direct contact clicks) solely to report metrics to the talent representing the comp card.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Kompkard utilizes minimal cookies strictly necessary for platform functionality:
Strictly Necessary Cookies (`PHPSESSID`): Encrypted session identifiers maintaining secure login authentication across the studio and account dashboard. Deleted upon browser closure or session logout.
Zero Commercial Ad Tracking: We never sell, rent, or trade cookie or visitor data to programmatic advertising networks.
5. Child & Minor Protection Safeguards (ADR-0009)
In strict compliance with child protection guidelines, Kompkard automatically suppresses sensitive physical measurements (bust/chest, waist, and hips) on all public-facing pages for talent designated as minors. Such data is only accessible to authorized bookers and registered clients viewing certified private casting decks.
6. Data Retention & Erasure
You retain full control over your portfolio and personal data. Talent and verified account holders may edit, modify, or permanently delete model profiles directly through the dashboard. Upon profile deletion:
- Uploaded portfolio photo files are permanently purged and unlinked from the server filesystem.
- Associated database records, comp card studio layouts, and analytics logs are deleted via database cascade.

We maintain robust technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of your personal data. All platform data in transit is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption).
